The model
Built for scale. Designed for impact.
A three-step model that turns a campus into a working technology community.
The college partners with ISDIC
We partner with institutions at zero cost. The college provides the space; ISDIC brings the curriculum, the mentors and the community structure.
A skill development centre launches on campus
The centre goes live with four domain tracks. Students organise into communities, run their own events, and build real projects with guidance from industry mentors.
Members build a portfolio that speaks for them
Across the year members work through a structured curriculum, take part in competitions and hackathons, contribute to open source, and prepare for recognised industry certifications.
Core domains
Pick your community. Build your expertise.
Four specialised tracks, designed around how the industry actually works. Each one has a published year-long plan.

- Ethical Hacking
- CTF Competitions
- Threat Labs
- Security Fundamentals
AI, ML & Data Science
Hands-on ML bootcamps, LLM and generative AI sessions, and research-driven discussion. Production models built together, not theory recited.

Why it works
The gap between college and career is real. We close it.
Free for students and colleges
No barriers to entry. The skill gap is a national problem; access should not be a privilege.
A structured year, not ad-hoc events
Every domain has a published plan: a quarter-by-quarter timeline, three skill levels, a flagship event and defined outcomes. Students know what is coming, and chapter leaders know what to run.
Focused on tier-2 and tier-3 cities
We go where the talent is, not only where the technology hubs are.
Guided by working practitioners
The curriculum and industry alignment are shaped by people currently building and defending real systems.

For companies · Skill-as-a-Service
Hire skills by the hour, the project, or the year
The same community-verified professionals, engaged as your extended team. ISDIC employs, pays and manages them — you get the skill, we carry the hiring, compliance and replacement risk.
Short-term & hourly
Hourly, weekly, or up to three months
Bring in a verified expert for exactly as long as the work takes — a few hours of specialist help, a sprint, or cover for a few months. You pay only for time used.
Book expert hoursProject-based
On-demand skills for a defined scope
A squad assembled around a scope and a set of milestones. ISDIC manages delivery against the SOW; you review the work at each milestone rather than managing individuals.
Scope a projectLong-term
Annual packages, on ISDIC payroll
An extended team for a year or more. The professionals work in your tools and your hours, and stay employed, paid and managed by ISDIC — so headcount, compliance and replacement risk sit with us.
Build a long-term team
ISDIC Hiring
Hired for what you can build, not what you can list
Companies bring us roles they are genuinely hiring for. We turn each one into a practical challenge, run it openly, and send the strongest work forward. Taking part costs a student nothing.
A company brings a real requirement
Not a listing. An actual role it is hiring for, with the responsibilities, the stack and the level it needs.
ISDIC reviews it and designs the challenge
Every requirement is checked before anything reaches students. Our team then builds a practical task from it — close to the real work of the role, never a quiz.
Eligible students register and compete
Open to any student who meets the stated criteria. No invitations, no shortlisting by college, and no fee at any point.
The strongest work reaches the company
Entries are scored against a published rubric. The top performers’ verified profiles go to the company, which asks ISDIC before it can contact anyone.
Every attempt counts, shortlisted or not. Each activity you finish stays on your ISDIC record with the domain, the date and where you placed. A track record of real work is worth having even when a particular role goes to someone else.
Opportunities
Activities are published as companies bring requirements to ISDIC, so the list changes rather than filling up. Check what is open or create a student account and be told when something in your domain opens.
For students
Build a profile and compete
Register for any activity you are eligible for, submit your work, and keep the result on your record either way.
For companies
Hire on demonstrated work
Tell us the role. ISDIC verifies your organisation, designs the activity, runs it, and returns a ranked shortlist of verified profiles.

Join the chapter in your city, start one where there is none, or bring a skill development centre to your campus — at no cost to students or the college.
Students, professionals and enthusiasts
Join a chapter
Chapters are city-based communities that run the published curriculum — workshops, labs, competitions and a flagship event in each domain — across the year.

Start a chapter in your city
Chapters launch inside partner colleges: the college provides the space, ISDIC brings the curriculum, mentors and community structure. The quickest way to start one is to bring your college to ISDIC.

Host a skill development centre
ISDIC partners with institutions at no cost. A centre goes live with the four domain tracks, and students organise into communities that run their own events with guidance from industry mentors.
